Mode of Action
Competitively antagonizes histamine at H1 receptor sites.
Indication
For the relief of allergic symptoms of hay fever, bronchial asthma, urticaria, angioneurotic edema, vasomotor rhinitis, contact dermatoses, food and drug allergy, insect bites, serum sickness, transfusion reactions, and anaphylactic shock.

Contraindication
– Hypersensitivity to Chlorphenamine and its contents.
– Lower Respiratory Tract Diseases.
– Narrow-angled glaucoma.
– Stenosing peptic ulcer.
– Symptomatic prostatic hypertrophy.
– Asthmatic attack.
– Bladder neck obstruction.
– Pyloroduodenal obstruction.
– Newborn or premature infants.
– Pregnant and lactating women.
– Hypersensitivity to Chlorphenamine and its contents.
Special Precaution
Avoid operating vehicles or machinery.
